Community & Care

At Fixer, we believe in people first.

In human rights, in showing up when you say you will. Like a handshake still has meaning. We are a family run Colorado business and the work we do isn’t just about repairs. It’s about trust. When someone lets us into their home, they are trusting us with something personal. We don’t take that lightly.

Safety & Home Support

Some of the work we do sits at the intersection of repair and safety.

We offer discreet support for things like:

  • Door lock changes

  • Basic security camera installation

  • Entry point security

Autism Aware & Human First

We are an autism aware business, and we don’t treat that like a tagline.

It shows up in how we work:

  • Clear communication

  • No pressure or rushed conversation

  • Predictable scheduling / arrival

  • Respect for sensory & comfort needs

We keep things REALLY simple because life already isn’t.

Real people. Real Work

We don’t use AI images. We don’t use AI answering services and we don’t automate the human side of what we do.

When you reach out, you’re talking to a real person. When we show up, it’s us. When we do the work, it matters to us.

Apprenticeship & Growth

Lillie is currently in apprenticeship training in the trades, learning on real job sites under experienced supervision.

  • We firmly believe in:

  • Learning by doing

  • Building real skills

  • Opening doors for people who want to grow

It’s part of how Fixer stays hands on and rooted in the next generation of skilled trades. She’s also helping us in the process; bringing perspective from her generation, raising questions about how things are done and pushing the standard forward in real time. She’s not just learning the trades, she is actively helping to shape them into something better while she is in them.
