Lillie is the oldest of four siblings and the future of the Fixer team.

She is homeschooled and many of her learning hours are built directly into real world experience through business. Fixer jobs are counted toward her school credits in career and technical education, giving her hands on exposure to what it actually looks like to work in the trades. Instead of learning only through textbooks; she is learning through real problems and real solutions.

Alongside job site support and project prep, Lillie also learns the business side of things; observing scheduling, customer communication, branding and marketing work that does into running a service-based company. She is gaining early experience in how small businesses operate day to day from first contact to final walkthrough.

Outside of work and school, she is happiest skateboarding or mountain biking, usually with music blaring wherever she goes. Music is a constant for her; it shapes how she focuses and moves through the world.

Lillie chose the trades intentionally. As a neurodivergent learner she wanted a path that fits how her brain works; active, hands on and problem solving in real time. The trades gave her a structure that feels natural and embraces her differences instead of being forced to fit into a mold.

Her long-term goal is to become a firefighter in Colorado Springs. She plans to graduate early next Spring; continue working under her dad at Fixer to build experience and then attend fire academy when the timing is right. She knows firefighting is highly competitive, so building a strong trade foundation gives her a reliable path forward no matter how the journey unfolds.

She is not like most teens her age and she doesn’t try to be. She’s driven, focused and unafraid to step into spaces where she’s usually the only female. She wants to help change that by encouraging more young women to explore the trades. She’s sharp, energetic and a bit of a spitfire; and she brings that same fire into everything she does.
